Treatment Category
Thai Traditional

A Traditional Thai Massage treatment focuses on a blend of massage, acupressure and yoga stretching. Traditionally a floor based massage our therapists will use their hands, elbows, arms, knees and feet to stimulate blood flow, ease stiff muscles and reduce tension.
Deep Tissue
30 Mins – £35 | 1 Hour – £50
With a key focus on the realignment of deeper muscle layers, our deep tissue massages can help to relieve muscle stiffness and ease chronic aches and pains typically found in athletes and those associated in heavy physical occupations. They can also assist in the healing of tissue and tissue regeneration after a sports or nerve injury to all parts of the body.
Aromatherapy
30 Mins – £35 | 1 Hour – £50
Utilising a variety of gentle and wide strokes and pressures combined with essential oils, our aromatherapy massages are designed to leave you in a state of total relaxation. This is a full body massage so you will feel relaxation from head to toe, but if you do have particularly troublesome joints or muscles, let your therapist know and she can focus on those areas specifically.
Thai Herbal Compress
30 Mins – £40 | 1 Hour – £60
Thai Herbal Compression Therapy is a traditional Thai treatments which involves a herbal massage using a special blend of herbs which are collected, put into a muslin cloth, and tied into a ball. The muslin cloth is then steamed so that the healing and soothing properties of the herbs are intensified. The therapist then uses this to rub hot oil across the body.
Swedish Massage
30 Mins – £35 | 1 Hour – £50
During a Swedish massage the masseuse will use soothing aromatherapy oils of your choice, to facilitate smooth, gliding strokes as well as techniques including kneading, friction, stretching and tapping.
The firm gentle pressures applied allow for relaxation, easing muscle tension and boosting emotional well being.
Head Massage
30 Mins – £35
A Head Massage can provide the ultimate relief from the stress and strain of everyday life. With focused techniques designed to allow the stress to ebb and flow from your head, a Head Massage can help to relieve headaches and relax tight neck and shoulder muscles after a hard day at work.
Couples Massage
30 Mins – £70 | 1 Hour – £100
Two of our highly skilled therapists will treat you and your partner, in our couples suite, to your chosen treatments. Working on any problems areas you might have including tight muscles, joint strains, pains or aches this will leave you both in a state of complete relaxation and harmony.
